XtraArm Universal SxS Shooting Rest System
The XtraArm Universal SxS Shooting Rest System is the first of its kind, and we could not be more excited to get it in your hands. We have been testing this thing extensively and it has completely changed the way we hunt out of a side by side. Kill rates up, accuracy up, and honestly it has made hunting from the SxS more fun than ever.
How It Works
The system features a telescoping bar that spans the front of your dash, clamping to each end of your ROPS with Axia Alloys custom mounts. The bar is designed to fit your specific ROPS setup, including enclosed cab models. Once mounted, you can position the XtraArm anywhere along the bar giving you a fully adjustable and incredibly stable shooting platform right in front of you.
A tension strap is included so you can secure your rifle safely while driving, then quickly remove it and get on target the moment an opportunity presents itself. Fast, quiet, and ready when you are.
This system was built with hog hunting and predator hunting in mind, but it performs anywhere you need a reliable shot from your SxS.
We also offer custom military units for tactical and defense applications, as well as helicopter shooting rests. If you are interested in a military configuration reach out to us directly and we will work with you to build what you need. A dedicated military version will be available on our site soon.
Choose Your Setup
We offer three configurations so you can build the system that works for your specific firearm or crossbow:
Ballhead Adapter: If you already have a ball head with a 3/8-16 female thread this is the option for you. Simply attach your existing ball head and you are ready to go.
Arca Swiss and Picatinny Clamp: If your rifle or crossbow has an Arca Swiss or Picatinny rail on the bottom select this option for a fast and precise connection directly to your firearm.
Ball Head with U-Grip Saddle Clamp: Our most versatile option. This vice style attachment works on virtually everything from bolt action rifles to crossbows.
Custom Fit for Your SxS
When you place your order fill out the text field with your specific SxS make and model and we will custom configure your order to fit. For open cab models fit should be straightforward. For enclosed cab models there may be some variation, but if something does not fit we will machine a new custom piece here in our Cleveland shop and have it to you within approximately two weeks at no additional cost.
