What Does Our Lifetime Warranty Cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This includes issues such as manufacturing defects, broken major components, or malfunctions due to normal use.

How Does It Work?

If you encounter any issues with your XtraArm shooting rest due to defects in materials or workmanship, simply contact our customer service team. We will work with you to assess the problem and provide a solution, whether it involves repairing the product, replacing it with a new one, or issuing a refund.

Exclusions

Our lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the shooting rest. However if you do have a minor issue we will work with you as best we can to get it resolved quickly.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at nick@maticoutdoors.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the issue with your shooting rest. Once your claim is approved, we will work swiftly to resolve the issue and get you back to hunting with confidence.
