Introducing the XtraWild Shooting Rest and Camera Arm. We are thrilled to partner with Wild Edge Mobile Hunting from Connecticut to bring you this versatile setup. Not only is it a high performance camera arm, but it is also the first-ever shooting rest designed for saddle hunters—truly a game-changer for mobile hunting. It can also be used if you are hunting from the ground simply attach it to a tree and you have a stable articulating shooting platform that can reach any angle !

We have developed a special mount for our XtraArm system that bolts into the Wild Edge SteppLadder. The SteppLadder utilizes a cam-action mechanism, creating significant force when rotated downward. This design ensures the teeth of the standoffs securely bite into any type of bark, maintaining solid contact. This method is much quieter than a ratchet strap and significantly stronger, strong enough to hold an ATV as you can see in our photo gallery ! This stability allows our product to be suitable for use as both a camera arm and a shooting rest.

Our patented articulated arm provides excellent stability, allowing for smooth articulation around both sides of the tree, and unparalleled accuracy even when shooting from a saddle!

    Filming Setup

    I got the Xtra Wild Rest mainly for filming, and wow, this thing is rock solid! The stability is great, and the smooth panning makes my shots look so much better no more shaky footage messing up my videos. It’s perfect for getting those steady, sweeping shots out in the field. But the best part? I’ll be using it this rifle season, too! Can’t wait to see how it holds up for longer shots, I know it’s going to make a big difference. If you’re looking for a solid, all-around rest that can handle both filming and shooting, I would definitely recommend it.

    Saddle Setup

    The quality of the saddle setup is like no other. Precision machined and the usability changes the way I can hunt from a saddle. I use a crossbow and it is in the shooting position so movement is minimal. It is very smooth and with a shoulder injury I no longer need to worry about how long to hold the crossbow for the shot opportunity. Very easy to change setup for a different type of hunting situation (crossbow or gun). They shipped out quickly, packaging protects every piece and their response to questions was very quick. Great customer service. They care about their product and the customer's satifaction. Definitely will not be my last purchase of thier product lines.
